<span style="font-size: large;">So I only lost one pound last week. I am not surprised. It was really crazy with a lot of cheatin' goin' on. But I'm back in focus and ready to rumble. I walked to the beach all week. Of course I forgot my camera every time so you just gotta believe me. Okay not all week, 3x's but it is only Thursday. I missed Tuesday. I started back on my Master Cleanse today. I made a post since y'all were asking how it is done. </span><br />

I need to keep up on my super light diet until then so while I am detoxing I don't put my body in weight loss shock (which means you don't lose weight because your body fears of starvation).
