First Day for Jane


Breakfast:
 Banana
Trader Joe Soy Protein Shake

Lunch:
Honey Almond & Flax 9 Whole Grain Crunch Cereal
Dried Blueberrys
& Light Vanilla Soy Milk

Dinner:
Blueberry Bagel, Goat Cheese, 
Organic Baked Teriyaki Tofu, Tomatoes & Sprouts
(ate dinner before 5pm because of the Carbs)

No exercise today that begins tomorrow!
Yeah Me!!

Your dinner looks yummy! I live in a small town and there are not alot of choices out there. However I will be looking for tofu and some goat cheese.
